Forty Love, an online tennis club, partners with MindStrong Sport to support members mental performance

MindStrong Sport and Forty Love, an online tennis club, have announced as new partnership offering support to all athletes.

The partnership gives Forty Love players free access to the mental performance app that providing a growing library of meditations, mindset courses, breathing exercises to help athletes be more focused, fearless, and stronger in their minds.

Created by former pro athlete and mindset coach, Lewis Hatchett, the app aims to improve mental performance and health by building mental strength.

Lewis says, “Tennis is a game of huge skill and physicality, but mostly played in the mind. Having now begun exclusively working with ITF ranked players, I’ve began to understand the need for tennis players to work on their mental game.  What Ali has started at Forty Love is incredible and we are so excited to be able to bring the app into the hands of their players to help them in really develop their entire game, and making mentally stronger players. Tennis players such as, Novak Djokovic state the benefits of mental strength and training their minds through practices such as meditation and conscious breathing, and now the players at Forty Love can do that too.”

Founder and Professional Tennis Player, Ali Collins said: “I’m thrilled to partner with MindStrong Sport. In tennis, mindset is pivotal to a player’s success; I’d even say it’s the most essential element. That’s why this collaboration is so meaningful to me, it will empower my Forty-Love players to excel and achieve new heights in the tennis world. Exciting things are on the horizon for my team, and this is a great stepping stone in the right direction!”
